CLASS RULES

Hi Everyone! Please read this section to keep up to date with any changes or important items at the school.


Class Time

I would like to take this opportunity to remind all parents that class time is for teaching only and should you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact me by telephone or email.


Class Uniform

It is compulsory for all pupils to wear their uniform to every class.

Absence

As a rule I would appreciate it if pupils or parents could call me or leave a message on my voicemail to let me know they will not be attending class.

ATTENDANCE & FEES POLICY

WHEN A PUPIL IS ABSENT THE CLASS MUST STILL BE PAID FOR. CLASS FEES MUST BE BROUGHT UP TO DATE AS SOON AS THE PUPILS RETURNS TO CLASS. NO EXCEPTIONS CAN BE ENTERED INTO AS THIS WOULD BE UNFAIR ON OTHER STUDENTS UNFORTUNATELY.

Mobile Phones

Mobile phones are not to be used in class. I would prefer it if they are not brought into class at all but if you have to please ensure they are switched off before you enter the class.


Club Payments

If you wish to pay towards dancewear or the medal test you may do so at any time. You will be given a Payment Card, which you should bring every time you wish to pay money. You are under no obligation to do this but I offer this service to save people having to pay one big payment before the medal test or show. The football cards are also for this purpose and money you bring back goes only towards your dancewear/medal test fees only.
