You can transfer your favorites from Internet Explorer by synchronizing your iPad with Apple iTunes on your computer.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 1<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Plug the dock connector end of the USB cable into the iPad. Insert the other end of the cable into a free USB port on the computer.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 2<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Wait for Apple iTunes to launch automatically. Alternatively, open iTunes manually by clicking the program\u2019s icon on your computer desktop screen or from the \u201cPrograms\u201d section of the Start menu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 3<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Click and select your iPad in the \u201cDevices\u201d section on the left side of the iTunes program window.<\/p>\n<p><script>\/\/ <![CDATA[\ngoogle_ad_client = \"ca-pub-8934562929349122\"; \/* IMAD Index page *\/ google_ad_slot = \"5160370071\"; google_ad_width = 728; google_ad_height = 90;\n\/\/ ]]><\/script><br \/>\n<script src=\"http:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/show_ads.js\">\/\/ <![CDATA[\n\n\/\/ ]]><\/script><\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 4<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Click the \u201cInfo\u201d tab in the menu at the top of the main pane in the iTunes program window. Scroll to the \u201cOther\u201d section at the bottom of the page.<\/p>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nStep 5<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Click and select the check box beside \u201cSync Bookmarks With.\u201d Select \u201cInternet Explorer\u201d from the drop-down menu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 6<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Click the \u201cSynch\u201d button at the bottom of the page. Apple iTunes now transfers and synchronizes Internet Explorer favorite bookmarks to the iPad. Disconnect the devices by clicking &#8220;Eject&#8221; when iTunes displays the &#8220;OK to Disconnect&#8221; status message at the top of the screen.<\/p>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nTips<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If you want to transfer Internet Explorer bookmarks and overwrite the bookmarks already on your iPad instead of adding to them, click and select \u201cBookmarks\u201d under \u201cReplace Information on this iPad\u201d in the \u201cAdvanced\u201d section before starting the synchronization.<br \/>\nIf you have a Wi-Fi Internet connection, you can synchronize your iPad and computer wirelessly. To enable this feature, connect the iPad to the computer with the USB cable. On the device \u201cSummary\u201d page click the \u201cSync Over Wi-Fi Connection\u201d button. Apple iTunes will now sync Internet Explorer favorites and other selected content with your iPad over your home or office Wi-Fi connection.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Warning<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Don\u2019t synchronize your iPad and computer if you\u2019ve signed up for an Apple iCloud account.
